06- 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTIEN OR 6EGG WHITES AND 2 BANANA AND DRY FRUITS
        ADVISE-  AGAR AAPKE PASS MONEY KAM HAI TOH YE PROTIEN USE KRO


07- OATS AND VEGGIES 5 EGGS WHITES  AND MULTIVITMINS TABLET

08- ONE GLASS WARM MILK
